  Jesse with Brothers Inspection is hands down one of the best inspectors I've worked with. We use him on all of our inspections since our first time with him earlier this year. We'll definitely use him again for other inspections and some small repairs as he can do some handyman work as well. He also gives really good detailed reports - super important for maintenance upkeep and for making your decisions before purchasing a property.

  I can't begin to explain how impressed my wife and I were by the quality of the home inspection report that Cody from Brother's Inspection put together for us. We recently purchased our first home, and since we were predominantly looking at homes from that were originally built around the time that Grand Junction was first incorporated, finding a knowledgeable and trustworthy home inspector was one of our highest priorities. Cody took the time to walk through and explain every little thing that gave him pause as he completed his inspection. Shortly thereafter he provided us with a very thorough report that clearly outlined every single thing that should or could need attention going forward. The report was easy to read and understand, and had detailed photographs of every item of concern. Cody is brutally honest about the homes that he inspects, but at the end of the day, he'll leave you feeling completely prepared to make an informed decision about your investment. Coincidentally, I've had several other friends use Brother's lately for their home inspection, and every single one of them has had great things to say as well.

  We recently used Brothers Inspection for our home inspection and were very pleased. Setting up the inspection was easy and they worked around our tight schedule during the holidays without a problem. When we arrived for the inspection, we were walked through the house and able to discuss any potential issues and look over everything. The work was thorough and professional, with a great personal tough. A great team to work with!

  Cody at Brothers Inspection has made the process of buying a town home in Grand Junction much easier and less stressful. After the inspection we have called him numerous times with questions and concerns. He always returns calls and is more than happy to help us out however he can. He even went back to double check something at the property that we were concerned about before we went to closing (going the extra mile). I would recommend Brothers Inspection. Make your life easy with a professional and service oriented company like this!

  These guys are great. Jesse went the extra mile for us and checked things I never would have thought to check. He was very thorough and never once "talked over our heads". I highly recommend these gentlemen. :)
