I'd highly recommend Francesco as your next hair stylist. He really is attentive to detail, like a lot of the yelp reviews say. I walked with a terrible haircut from my previous stylist and Francesco immediately recognized it. He asked me if it was hard to style my hair, which I replied it was and i constantly wore hats. He definitely knows what he's doing. Although the price is a little steep, I'd say it's worth it, if you want to get a cut that actually comes out the way you request.

I've been going to Brogan and Son for about a year to get my hair cut. All of the barbers are super friendly and skilled. Head massage + hot towel at the end are a nice touch. FYI: Cash only!

Aidan Brogan is a master. He should teach a class on Customer Experience. I was grumpy and tired when I arrived. He is an old-fashioned charming guy. He gave me a great haircut. No wonder he's booked way in advance. Cash only.

I truly hate getting a haircut, but this place has pretty much changed that. The atmosphere, the people and especially the service make this more of a midday break from work than a chore. My first appointment was with Tim and I keep going back for some much-needed sports talk, I learn more from Tim that an hour of SC. He takes the limited and uneducated direction I have for my haircut and I always walk out looking and more importantly feeling better. Thanks.

Ken 'Thunderhawk' has been styling my hair for the last year and a half, almost monthly. My job brings me out to San Jose about once a month and going to Brogan and Son is a must-stop destination for me. Ken is not only a hair wizard but one of the best people you will meet. Ken has done 100% of my style jobs here but all of the stylist are great and make you feel like you're in their own home during your stay. A small town feel in the midst of the big city. I love this place!
