  Brock was amazing. We're new to Austin and didn't know what to do when we started seeing wasps and cockroaches around our new place. We called Brock and he flew to our rescue. He worked quickly, was really affordable and we haven't seen a bug since. He even hung around to talk us through the different types of pests we'd encounter in the area and how to handle them. So grateful for Brock!

  Brock is absolutely a star! He showed up when we had an absolute mess. I was in a panic with all the bugs we had, and after calling all the big-box-shops, thinking they would be most expedient...I was wrong. Brock was not only spot on with his services, but he was straight forward and showed up the next day. Professional and courteous, not like talking to a cardboard box; you wanna hang out with this guy! As a local business, I rate Brockstar a SOLID 5. Would recommend BrockStar Pest Services in a heartbeat!

  Great experience with Brock! No pressure sale pitch or contract. He knows his trade and put a lot of myths to rest about the "water bug" American roach problem we had. He responded the next day after I called and was on time even early! I will call him again if any other pests try to make a visit.

  Brock Star is a skilled, experienced exterminator. His father has a PhD. in insect studies so he has been into this all his life and is passionate about his work. He is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Brock handled our bedbug nightmare as well as a subsequent ant invasion. He is the one to call.
