... She assessed her hair and we discussed the specifics of the appointment and we were well on our way. On the day of the appointment Faye demonstrated several techniques for my mentee to try on her own hair, walking her through step by step on best practices. She and the manager (Tracey) were so kind they even gave her a small bag of trial sized products for her to experiment with on her own at home! It was her first salon experience and she loved every minute of it, especially the end result! Thank you so much again, Faye!! You're amazing!

... She's also absolutely amazing at what she does. I've been to salons from London to Chicago that hold the yelp titles as "Best Balayage in 'Whatever City" and I can tell you Faye's technique blows them all away. The placement is perfect and super flattering. After we were done I told her I couldn't believe the hair I was looking at in the mirror was actually my hair. It looks AMAZING and definitely surpassed my expectations, this is the hair color I've been looking for for the past decade. It's been two ish weeks now since my appointment and I still can't get over her work. ...

I have tried almost every higher end salon in Baltimore. After an ombre gone terribly, terribly wrong at Canton Hair Studio, I was willing to pay an expert to fix it. My boyfriend has been going to Olivia for years and convinced me to go see her, and I couldn't be happier. She did such an amazing job and really took the time to listen about what I wanted. I've gone back to get my hair done since and she does the most beautiful balayage. She makes it so I can go months without having to get my hair done and it can grow out naturally. I can't recommend her enough! It's worth paying for quality service and having it done right, I learned the hard way
