Needed a set of motorcycle keys fixed that were previously made by hardware store "locksmith". These guys were able to get the job done, and took less than 5 minutes! Very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable!

One of the only places in Seattle that can rekey an ignition, I've literally called around and ended up just waiting til they opened. The prices are so reasonable and the turn around time is really quick as well. I wish they were open on weekends but that's okay no one wants to work weekends anyways. The location is also great since it's easy to get to. Definitely recommend for any lock and key services!

I just bought a used minivan and needed extra keys made. But neither Home Depot and Lowes could make them, as they didn't have the right-size key (even though I'd gotten keys made by them in the past for other minivans). So I asked around Yelp and found Broadway Locksmith, who had positive reviews and charged the lowest. Broadway did the job well. Good customer service. Conveniently located near the Capitol Hill light rail station, which was a plus for me, as I live near light rail.

I had nothing but a great experience with Broadway Locksmith. Bjorn arrived to my home for a lock re-key on time and was quick and professional with his service. The rates were reasonable. I couldn't ask for more. I'll be using their service again in the future!
