I have not been here in a bunch of years, but this is a great spot to come if you are unlucky enough to need some pest control items (but prob look online if you have the time).

I have been plagued with mice for many years in this old walk-up building. ... Mice are in this building and I worry they will come back, find new places to gnaw into my home. I'm hoping not to need his services again, but if I have mice again I would certainly ask for him to come and get rid of them.

One of my tenants recently had an emergency. Broadway Exterminating was there less than 24 hours of my phone call. The exterminator was prompt and professional. He was thorough and provided clear explanations for each and every treatment & preventative procedure that he was performing. I will not hesitate to use them again.

I discovered my neighbor had bedbugs and called Broadway. They promptly came over, did a thorough inspection of my place. ... I found their prices and products, I got a bedbug mattress cover and one for my box spring too and also a preventative spray for baseboards and crevices in my apartment, of excellent quality and affordability. It's been 3 months and so far I'm still bedbug free.

I thought I had a bed bug problem and called NYK9 Inspections. Jeter the bed bug sniffing puggle came by and eased my worries. No bed bugs! Jeter's handler was very helpful and informative too. I'm so relieved that I don't have bed bugs, and I'll always know I can call on NYK9 and Broadway Exterminating to answer any questions or solve any problems I have. I'm normally not the kind of guy to hand out 5 stars for anything, but having the peace of mind that I don't have bed bugs is totally worth it!
