Bridal Perfect Fit was recommended to me by my bridal salon, Bella Bride Boutique. They were very accommodating and did fantastic work with my wedding gown! Although none of my friends were able to come with me to my alterations appointments, she ensured that I had a video of doing the bustle so that they would be able to see how it was done beforehand and welcomed us to call anytime if we had questions the day of! The dress fit perfectly and bustle held for the entire night. While the alterations were expensive, they were well worth it and I will be going back for dress preservation and future clothing alterations!

Bridal Perfect Fit was the best!!! Van does amazing work and knows how to fit your dress to compliment your body. I did have to go back about three times (first time the dress was too short in the front, second I gained weight and had to come back when I lost it and last time to fix the front shortness). In the end the dress ended up fitting PERFECT!!!! I was so glad Van was my seamstress for this special dress and would recommend her to anyone looking for alterations. Thank you again!

Van is the best! She completely took my dress apart and made it fit just for me! I was silly and ordered my dress 2 sizes too big (I just had a baby and no one thought I was going to lose all the weight) she made it look like nothing happened! I own a wedding hair and makeup company and even all my own brides use Van! SHE IS THE BEST!

UPDATE: Because of classes I had to leave San Antonio two weeks prior to the wedding. The day I was leaving, I tried on my dress; it was too tight so Van let me come in and drop it off (my mother picked up the dress). Then 2 weeks later I came back the day before the wedding, tried on the dress, and it was a tad bit too loose now.

Yes, the DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING Van let me come in and they took in the dress immediately. It fit like a glove on my wedding day. That is QUALITY customer service!
