  I've been here twice, once for my sister and once for myself. Both times we were unable to find the dress we were looking for, but the staff was so sweet and helpful that I had to leave a review. Angela especially made a point to tell us their bridal stores to check out with dresses in our style. I definitely recommend coming here, even though I didn't leave with a dress!

  I loved my experience at Bridal Image! Jessica was the gal who helped me and she was so sweet, not pushy and genuinely very nice. Another gal who did my measurements was amazing as well (I forget her name). The layout of the place is genius because you can't even get through the doors of the bridal gown suite until they check you in which meant that you get their full attention without random walk-ins disturbing your moment. I just hate that! Lastly, they were honestly the cleanest, most organized and stress-free shop I went to (and I've gone to at least 5). I ended up going back the very next day to purchase my gown and they still honored their same day purchase discount :)

  Although I did not end up getting my dress here (I bought it in Italy) I had such a great experience at this salon! My consultant was Elizabeth. She is super kind and helpful. I was really happy about the design and quality of the dresses I tried on. They definitely deserve the several awards won over time. Keep up the good work!

  Bridal Image was my first gown appointment, and I wasn't planning to buy a dress--just get an idea of what styles I liked the most. My associate was Elizabeth, and I can't imagine anyone better. Just so kind, enthusiastic, and worked with me to narrow down what I was and wasn't looking for. About 12 dresses in, Elizabeth zipped me up into The One! I was floored by how affordable the options were--I told them my budget was under $2,000, and all the gowns I tried on were well below that, and just gorgeous. I ended up spending under $1,000 on my perfect dress. They also have a lot of beautiful accessories, so you can take care of everything you're looking for in one trip. Thank you, Elizabeth and Bridal Image, for making a potentially stressful, nerve-wracking experience so easy and enjoyable. I'll be sending all my friends here when they get engaged.

  I had a wonderful experience with Suzan and Elizabeth in finding my wedding gown. The personal, one-on-one service is exactly what I was looking for when shopping for the biggest day of my life so far. During both of my appointments I felt welcomed and comfortable, without pressure to buy something out of my price range. Having Suzan's dedicated attention made the process much less stressful. I highly recommend Bridal Image.
