Alan is a gifted therapist who listens intently and determines a plan that is never is boring. Alan's manages his schedule with respect for his clients by giving you lots of 1 on 1 time so you never feel like a number. You will find yourself looking forward to PT.

Physical Therapy was always a chore for me,as my experience with it has been limited to the hospital variety; impersonal, rushed and banal. Alan couldn't be more different. He's refreshing, empathetic and as passionate about your health as he is about his work. I look forward to my treatments with him. He is a bit of a (pardon my language here) a ballbuster--not horribly so. If you're looking for a Physical Therapist that is going to let you get by without putting in the necessary effort, he is not the one. He cares too much for your health to let you slack off. In my opinion, that's a great thing when it comes to Physical Therapy.

When I was diagnosed with a torn labrum in my shoulder at the start of the year, I thought my baseball-playing days were over. Electing the non-surgical route, Alan set me up on a program of strengthening and increasing mobility. In just two months, I'm back to throwing and lifting weights without pain. I highly recommend Breakaway to anyone willing to give PT a try. Thanks Alan!

I contacted Alan at Breakaway Physical Therapy a few months ago for a really bad case of Plantar Fascitis. After the first visit I felt a significant improvement in both pain and mobility. Alan did not only help there but made a specific excercise regime for me to do at home every morning in order to continue to get better.
I would highly recommend him. He will make time to tend to you and help you out as much as he can.
