    Great experience...
    The tech showed up 1 hour early (asked via text if this was ok), and performed diagnostics on my furnace. Showed up, put a mat down, put on clean shoe covers, then went to work. He fixed the problem in less than an hour, and was professional and courteous. A+ experience!
