  Thank you Kendra for your caring and efficiency! I am amazed at how smoothly everything has transitioned and with minimal disruptions to my current work schedule.   I had a great experience working with Kendra! She was always very professional and had great positive insight on opportunities in my field. ... I finally made it out to San Diego and she got me an amazing opportunity, an opportunity that we both have been working so hard to get. The position didn't end up working out due to factors outside of our control. Never the less I would hands down always recommend Boutique Recruiting. They care about their clients getting matched up with the perfect company that fits your personality. If I'm ever in the job market again I will definitely be getting a hold of Kendra and work with her again. Thanks Boutique Recruiting!

  Wow! I am so impressed with the excellent service I've received from Kendra and Boutique Recruiting! They are the best hands down!! Kendra was extremely personable, warm and friendly as well as on the ball when it came to prompt and consistent communications! Kendra had me meet in person to discuss potential job opportunities which to my surprise, seemed to be the perfect fit. All other recruiters that had contacted me had opportunities available but nothing specifically within my field. Kendra immediately presented me with 2 possibilities and I landed the one I had hoped for, which appeared to be the best fit! I am so pleased with my experience with Boutique Recruiting and highly recommend them to anyone searching in the area! I start tomorrow and cannot wait!   Innesa has helped to fill temporary staffing needs for me. She takes time to understand the business and the particular role we are searching for and always presents quality candidates.
