After closing escrow on my house, it was found out that the seller failed to disclose prior issues with termites- detected and treated. My realtor suggested Bouey and they came out to give me an inspection to see if prior treatment worked. It had in fact worn off and termites were back in a section of my house. After some back and forth with the seller, she agreed to pay for the service. Bouey empathized with my situation and went to work quickly. A year after and no signs of termites! However, some of the cement plugs were starting to come loose so they sent a man out the same day I called to get them re filled and corrected.

I cant say enough good things about Bouey Termite & Construction. They came out and did an inspection, determined what structural repairs needed to be mad, gave a very very fair quote and did the repairs all within a week. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about the work they do. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

January 4th our daily lives changed, demolition bathroom project began. We knew from day one that we were in great hands. The Bouey Construction crew & subcontractors were great! They were prompt, courteous, clean, honest, professional and extremely hardworking. They took time everyday they were on our job to inform us of the next steps, and going over our wants & needs. They even petted our fur family members. Our beautiful home now has a gorgeous master bath/spa that we had envisioned. We are so very happy with results. I can't say enough about the experience. Sean, Chris, Javier, Vladi, Miguel and rest of the crew are the best! Thank you all for doing such an outstanding job!
