Let me start by saying I am not a yogi, I'm just a dude who showed up after a sports injury and wanted to try something else instead of injections in my back. I had a herniated disc and sciatic nerve that made simple things like carrying a bag on my shoulder, or sitting very uncomfortable. After a few months of going, mostly on Saturday mornings (Mary Holloway is amazing), I'm a new man.
