Let me start by saying I am not a yogi, I'm just a dude who showed up after a sports injury and wanted to try something else instead of injections in my back. I had a herniated disc and sciatic nerve that made simple things like carrying a bag on my shoulder, or sitting very uncomfortable. After a few months of going, mostly on Saturday mornings (Mary Holloway is amazing), I'm a new man. Don't get me wrong, I'm still not good, hate downward facing dog, and still occasionally fall asleep during shavasana, but my back feels amazing. ...

Bombay is a place where advanced and novice individuals can both practice side by side. The welcoming staff is friendly and eager to help people grow and learn. They also have a wide schedule to accommodate early and late preference with class tailored to specific interest. Three thumbs up.
