  Incredible experience, I highly recommend this therapeutic and tranquil massage boutique. Bree my masseuse was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. Bree is passionate about her profession and about healing people. Along with her very trained hands, also comes knowledge of the body and it's mechanical workings. Bree is warm, personable, and professional.

  Body Mechanics is my happy place!!! TMJ discomfort is difficult to address. Is it a medical or dental issue!? Enter Body Mechanics to manage this pain in a holistic comfortable manner. ... Her understanding of the human anatomy is impeccable (as well as animals- she used to have horses! Random factoid...) Beret meticulously thought out every detail when she created this sanctuarary for comfort and pain relief. It is rare to find such talent and knowledge when massage and holistic physical therapy are combined.

  From the initial consultation, to the service itself, through to the post-consultation and advice, Body Mechanics is truly a provider of medical massage. I have been trying to find this for years having left my Myotherapist and Physiotherapist behind in my previous country. Body Mechanics' Orthopedic massage is absolutely comparable to these state-of-the-art medical practices in the process of feeling out pain points on my body and implementing solutions, and the incredible results.
  
  ... Definitely worth regular visits. Don't put up with the pain! Body Mechanics is a fantastic practice that has really helped me.

  At 26 weeks pregnant, my prenatal massage from Richard exceeded my expectations! It was honestly one of the most effective and relaxing massages I have ever had. He knew just where my trouble spots were and used just the right amount of pressure with great technique. It never felt rushed and I loved that the table allowed me to lay on my stomach! I can't wait for my next visit. Thank you guys!

  ... I had one of the best massages of my life with Beret. Beret not only re-structured my body but also taught me something about how I hold my muscles which contributes to my pain condition. It was really a revelation. I'd highly recommend this place if you are looking for real healing and body restructuring from the wear and tear of life . Beret told me that she has trained her therapists so I'm sure they are all excellent
