  Everyone is super Rad and go out of there way to help. Iphad to have help picking out my wife’s snowboard and even after I purchased it online they mounted it for free and waxed for half price.

  One of the last local great shops for rental/sales/tuning of boards/skis in Reno, NV. I've avoided the big box stores that have come and gone. Bobos provides consistent work at a fair price and has knowledgeable staff. Their ski-swap/sales are tough to beat when looking for inexpensive quality gear.

  They have quite the selection and a friendly staff to help assist you. My feet are a little bit awkward so I had to go through about eight pairs of boots, but we were able to find one that fit perfect. They also offer last year's model available for a discounted price on boots bindings and Boards. Keep an eye out for the deals!

  They Do just about anything you need for a good price. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. They work with the community when they can by doing community gear sales. Always seem to have the newest gear and people to help you with them.

  The best ski and snowboard shop in town... everyone that works there is extremely knowledgeable and provide first class service. They also have the best equipment and offer some great deals on the latest and greatest gear.

  Excellent service, awesome selection. Threw down about $1500 and wife was ecstatic about her new gear and suit. Customer service rep (buff ski dude) knew his stuff and led us by the hand at every stop. Friendly staff, overall a good experience.

  Among the best in-store retail customer service I've ever experienced. We came in for a fitting and were very delighted to be working with Pat. The knowledge he shared about how a ski-boot should fit for various skill levels was really valuable! My fiancee' ended up making a purchase that day (he got the Salomon Men's QST Pro 120 Ski Boots) and I ended up renting a pair to try out. Both of us had one of the best ski days ever, so that probably speaks volumes to our gear. The staff was so friendly, the prices were great, and it felt like a true community in there - where they just wanted to make sure you were happy!
