The majority of our requests serviced within our target market revolve around, in no particular order: S-Corporations, Sole Proprietors, Independent Contractors, Single Member LLCs, Rental Properties, Investments, Multi-State Returns, Stock Options, and Foreign-Sourced Income.
Approximately 60% of our revenues are derived from individual income tax preparation and 40% from small businesses services.
We are not the cheapest, nor do we seek to be the lowest cost solution. We charge a fair price for professional expertise, quality service, and peace of mind.
We are happy to help you save money on your taxes and spot what you have overlooked. But our first and highest priority is keeping you compliant and out of trouble with the IRS and State.

I just wanted to thank Timmy at BMK for guiding me through the LLC process. Not only did Timmy help choose the right structure, but he helped determine when it would be appropriate to make the switch over to the S-Corporation election. I was impressed with the professionalism and patience when guiding me through deductions and estimated tax payments. I feel so much more at ease knowing that I have a very knowledgeable, responsive, and easy-to-work with accountant assisting me along the way. Thank you Timmy!

I just started a small business last year and things became a little hectic during tax season. Because this was the first year that I had to file both business and personal tax returns, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I’m thrilled that I worked with Timmy to get everything completed accurately and on time. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I usually file my own taxes but this year things became a little more complex because I started my own business and needed help with estimated tax payments. I knew I would need the help of an accountant but I wanted to make sure they specialized in small business taxes as well as personal taxes. I'm very happy that I started working with Timmy and Brian at BMK Business Solutions. I worked specifically with Timmy but it was obvious that these guys knew what they were doing. Timmy helped me understand estimated tax payments and thoroughly completed my taxes. He was also prompt to respond to my emails and phone calls and answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Timmy and Brian at BMK for all small business and personal tax returns!

I'm so glad that I worked with Timmy and BMK because my tax situation got to the point where it was too complex for me to do on TurboTax anymore. I started working as an independent contractor for the second half of the year and had a rental property. Timmy made the process so easy and was very thorough and responsive to all my questions. In addition to getting my taxes completed, he also helped me with calculating my estimated tax payments and even informed me options I have for setting up retirement plans as a business owner. Also, while reviewing my prior year return, Timmy notified me that depreciation was not taken for my rental property. He recommended that by filing an amendment and including the depreciation, I would get a refund! I would highly recommend Timmy and team!!
