  5 minutes after I posted my unhappy review of BluTex, Carl called me up and spoke to me almost immediately. He apologized sincerely and offered me several options as well as an explanation about the filters. I am appreciative that he reached out to me so fast and so soon and I appreciative of his apology and suggestions for how to make things right between us. I am working to set up an appointment with him however I am glad he reached out to me so quickly and it changed my mind about his level of service and commitment.

  BlueTex has been super helpful in keeping our pool sparkling clean. When I couldn't continue my monthly service because I wanted to try to take care of the pool on my own Carl said to call anytime I had any questions. I highly recommend BlueTex Pool Cleaning.

  Carl and team are top shelf! Far better than their competitors! I've used their service for a little over a year and they have done a great job with my pool and equipment. They were doing some small repairs today and I saw Carl (the owner) sweeping up after they were done. Most people chalk it up to being outside and don't worry about cleaning, he took the time to clean up which I appreciated. I'm telling everyone I know about these guys!

  Carl and team are THE guys to call when looking for a highly knowledgeable crew to take care of all your pool needs. They are efficient, courteous and communicate if there are any changes in scheduling. They leave a "services performed" placard on your door after each service call so you always know what was done to the pool on their visit. They are very nice about letting you shadow them for any "pool school" knowledge transfer you may want. They are in/out in about an hour and the pool always looks incredible when they're done. Highly recommend them!

  Very pleased with Blutex Pool Cleaning. We had several pool cleaners in the past. Blutex is the best. Very pleased, God job guys.
