  Although I use Yelp quite a bit , this is my first review and couldn't think of anyone better than Rick to write this for. I actually found his services on Yelp after using a previous company who was not bad - however, I wanted a more personal service - fast forward over 2 years now and we are beyond happy with the service Rick has provided our company with. He is always one call or text away - and to date , there is not one problem he has not resolved . I am beyond grateful for having found Rick , as IT issues can be very stressful , especially when you have tons of other things going on in the day to day operations of a company - looking forward to many more years of service with BLUE TECH -Thanks Rick!-- PCE

  I have worked with Rick from BlueTech on three separate occasions for issues ranging from my laptop to my home network, and each time Rick has been prompt, thorough, and has effectively resolved the problems for which he was consulted. Furthermore, Rick has been more than fair in his pricing for each of these consultations. In short, it has been a pleasure to work with Rick in each instance in which his impressive and varied IT skill set was required, and I will continue to consult him moving forward.

  We've been using BlueTech for the last three years now, and we couldn't be more satisfied with their service. I first found them on google when we had an IT emergency, and Rick was the only tech willing to come out to our office on a Saturday. Since then, he has helped us move offices, install servers, and even with simple tasks such as setting up a new computer or printer. He takes care of the entire process, even purchasing the equipment and parts if need be. No matter the day or time, he's always been available to help us with all of our IT needs. Not to mention that his pricing is very reasonable, so we're not constantly watching the clock every time he visits the office. I would HIGHLY recommend his services, and am confident you'll be just as impressed as we were!

  Excellent customer service! Rick drove down to the Keys to install WiFi/security application in my restaurant- received high quality products and service- I'm mentally challenged in the IT field, but Rick broke everything down Barney style to make it understandable. Will continue to seek IT guidance from him.
