I was in a difficult place with an employment contract that was being challenged and I was ready to leave. Susan did an amazing job at first defending my contract, and then negotiating me out of it. She not only was a strong and decisive advocate on my behalf but also coached me through a very difficult time. If you are an employee who needs defense - she is the best!
Compassionate, effective, and empowering legal representation. Susan Bluer is a dream come true of an attorney!Original recommendation
I had an overwhelmingly positive experience being represented by Susan Bluer. She advocated for me in a work harassment scenario, in which it took me longer than the statute of limitations to seek legal counsel. That did not stop her from successfully and efficiently advocating for an agreement with the corporation I was leaving that would give me a year's worth of therapy funds, and additional funds for emotional distress...
One hopes to never be in need of an employment attorney, but if you happen to find yourself in this unenviable position (hey--stuff happens!), do not hesitate to engage Atty. Susan Bluer. Ms. Bluer stepped in on very short notice and helped me navigate some choppy legal waters, which ended in favorable terms. She is at the top of her game, and will educate you and represent your interests to the fullest extent possible. In scary times, one needs the best, and you have found it here. I give Atty. Bluer the highest recommendation and would not hesitate to refer anyone in need to her. Best of the best.Original recommendation
An employment lawyer is something you never want to need....but when you do, you want a good one who will take care of you. Susan and Mark have helped me and several of my friends/colleagues. Several of my friends have had bad situations that they thought were actionable but were really just "bad boss syndrome" and if that is the case, you want a lawyer who will give you an honest opinion and not milk you for billable hours. They are a small firm, so you don't get pushed off to an associate or paralegal, you will get the full attention of very experienced lawyers who keep up with the changes and trends in their field(s) of law.Original recommendation
I have never taken civil action against any entity, but when I found it was necessary to do so I decided to use Susan Bluer. A close friend of mine had used her for a legal matter and had highly recommended her.Original recommendation
What I found most helpful was Susan: 1. Probed me for helpful and related case specifics. 2. Focused me on facts as opposed to extraneous details. 3. Ensured the accuracy and thoroughness of my backup documentation. 4. Continually communicated to me on the status of my case. 5. Kept to all deadlines. 6. Aggressively negotiated the terms of my settlement -- respectfully counseling me along the way. 7. Kindly supported me emotionally through a difficult process.
What more could you want from an attorney?
And BTW, feel free to contact me (if you can on yelp).
