  I have been seeing Julie for over a month now and could not be more pleased. ... Julie has taken me back to basics to re-pattern how my muscles work together, as they have compensated after years of dealing with an injury that probably never healed correctly. Julie is compassionate, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics. She observes you and your movements from the time you walk in the door. Highly recommend.

  I had been fighting an on-going stomach muscle strain which had been preventing me from doing the activities I love. After months of struggling on my own I took action and visited Blue Water Physical Therapy. I worked with Julie who so quickly established a game plan for my recovery. After only a couple short months I recovered beyond what I thought my full athletic range was. I've learned a ton along the way and the knowledge has truly changed my life. The entire staff was so friendly it really made every visit enjoyable.

  What a great place! Elyse is one of the most talented professionals I've ever encountered. She understood more about my specific condition in a single visit than a myriad of other health professionals that I'd been seeing for months or years to no avail. And she was razor sharp offering tons of helpful suggestions, ideas, and exercises perfectly suited to the physical complaints I would bring up. I really can't recommend this place strongly enough. If you are on the fence about PT, give Blue Water a shot!

  I am so happy to have found Blue Water Physical Therapy. After years of pain following an accident and failed back surgery I had just about given up on PT. I have been through a lot of physical therapy over the past few years and all of the other facilities just prescribed the same useless exercises over and over again. Ugh! But Blue Water has a completely unique approach. They actually listened to me! Imagine that!?!! They've tailored a therapy specifically for me and I'm finally making progress!! Elyse is beyond awesome. She is very intuitive, thoughtful, attentive and professional. Five Big Shiny Stars for Blue Water!!!!
