I experienced a severe case of psoriasis over 75% of my body in the last year. Working with Keri and following her dietary recommendations as well as consistently taking the Chinese herbs she gave me weekly has reversed the outbreak and provided me great relief and hope. My skin is totally clear in some places and improving all over my body. She also recommended Red Light treatment and continuing with the Abascal Way diet which I am doing as well but without her herbal treatment, I wouldn't be as psoriasis free as I am today! Envision the best massage, therapy appointment and personal revelation you have or had mold them altogether and that's what going to see Keri is like. She makes you goes out of her way to make sure that you are very comfortable explaining every step of the process and the such a kind gentle practitioner as well as a downright awesome person. She's so great a talking you through the process and is just down right fun to talk to! An integral part of my personal health routine and recommend to EVERYONE!

My back was all sorts of tense and causing headaches. Keri jumped in to save the day. She listened carefully and asked med questions to take the correct approach. A combination of accupuncture and cupping was it. She made me feel comfortable and confident as she explained every step in detail. Best part was she took insurance. I will be going back regularly.

Keri Shaw at Blue Pearl acupuncture is AMAZING and I highly recommend her!! Her treatments are keeping me sane (seriously, it does WONDERS for my stress level) and she is helping significantly with my old injuries. I also own an injury treatment message practice and I send my massage patients to her all the time and they love her too. Keri's work helps me help my patients with injuries, particularly from car accidents, progress much faster.

She was great in helping me through sinus infections (herbs), asthma (acupuncture), and migraines (acupuncture and cupping). She really takes the time to explain what she is doing and steps I can take to improve my health. She has a great memory and genuinely cares about her patients. If you need to make a last minute appointment she will do her best to accommodate you. Her office on beautiful Lake Union has a calming set up and she usually has some kind of ginger candy or tea if you have low blood sugar.
Appointments with Keri is in my top 5 list of things I miss about Seattle.
