  GO TO Doctor Schaeffer !!!!! Not only is he one of the kindest men I've ever met, but he is a skilled artist of dentistry!!!! He's brilliant and caring, and a rare health provider!! I couldn't recommend him higher! I have been traumatized over the years by uncaring dentists and oral surgeons. But Doctor Schaeffer's care and skill has healed my dental PTSD! Make him your dentist, you will be grateful you did!!!

  Today was my first time visiting this place, so I guess things could change but I was extremely impressed. Top of the line customer-service. Everyone is extremely pleasant, but just as importantly, everyone is super capable. I didn't get the vibe that their goal is to rip anyone off (they took the time to see if my insurance covered a procedure, and did so without my having to ask; they also discussed the pros and cons of doing the procedure as opposed to just trying to talk me into it for the sake of money)...

  ...The receptionist was super cool about it. When I got there, I was seen immediately, no wait (minimal waiting time the first time I went as well). The gentleman who did my procedure was extremely cool as well. I think his last name was Long. I could be wrong but I'll update this post with his correct name when I go back. While in the beginning stages of everything, we discussed football and other topics. He would check on me periodically throughout the procedure. Dr. Shaeffer is the person who actually numbed me, and he was cool as well. Any questions I had were answered in detail. The entire staff seemed to have this relaxed, chill, yet attentive attitude that I really appreciate because it helped give off an overall comforting vibe. I called back later that day when I got home because I had a question about my billing.....whomever I spoke with was very helpful.

  Dr. Shaeffer is the best! He is very thorough -- he explains every decision very well and makes certain that you understand the reason behind any procedure he suggests. His staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient, all adding up to a fantastic dental experience for kids and adults alike.

  New to Atlanta, I was depressed about finding a new dentists (a good one is SO hard to find). I found Blue Creek through some fantastic reviews online, so I thought I would add to them with some good news of my own. Some quick notes - Clean and beautiful office. Friendly staff - office and hygienist (I had Ashley - easy to talk to, did a great job with the cleaning) Dr. Shaeffer was easy to talk to, informative and approachable. Did not have to worry about value at this point because we have really good insurance right now. They did suggest getting fitted with a night guard some time soon (not covered by insurance) and the price didn't seem crazy (abour $300). They were willing to set up payment plans as well. All in all - great experience. Highly recommend them and hope you have a cavity free visit when you go!
