  I'm a realtor in Los Angeles and have had some terrible experiences with termite companies over the years. Fortunately, I was introduced to Blue Cloud last year by a colleague. They have reasonable prices, show up on time and are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!!!

  I am a Realtor and use termite and retrofit services
  Regularly. A fellow agent introduced me to Blue Cloud in another transaction and I have used them every since then. Ellie Uhm is really fantastic, responsive, thorough in scheduling and helpful. The inspectors are timely and profession. It is a plus that they do termite inspections and retrofit requirements for the sale of homes.
