  First time user....very simple process online. Needed a bouquet for my daughter's birthday, ordered at 9:30am, delivered by 2:15pm. So efficient and the flowers were beautiful! Would highly recommend!!

  I was a bit hesitant ordering flowers online since I was sending it to someone across the country. Didn't want to go through Pro Flowers or FTD. When my friend told me about BloomThat, I was skeptical, but the photos looked gorgeous and it wasn't through the above mentioned companies, so why not? My flowers arrived to the recipient earlier than 5 PM and it looked great! Looked exactly like the photos and I even asked the recipient if the flowers were fresh (one of my main concerns). I will definitely order from BloomThat again! Thank you BloomThat!

  I LOVE BloomThat and I've been a fan since 2013. One of my biggest fears about ordering flowers online (or in person, actually) is that they don't come out how the pictures look--good thing I've never had an order with BloomThat not turn out how I imagined it to be.
  
  The orders, more often than not, arrive fresh (I don't recommend ordering tulips), their packaging is always sturdy and cute, and placing an order online or on their app is extremely easy. If you run into any issues, they're just an email or phone call away. My experience with their customer support has always been positive--they're friendly and eager to help. I'm not entirely sure on the hours for support, but responses seem to be slower at night.
  
  I only wish they'd bring back the handwritten notes that used to accompany each delivery!

  My daughter sent me these gorgeous, beautiful tulips from San Francisco for my birthday. They were in a box with some cute funny little sayings on the outside and inside was a well packaged bouquet. The beautiful burlap wrap with the pretty bow and the sponge type moisture wrap kept it fresh. It was in perfect condition. They are so pretty and still fresh after 3 days! I love this concept and would order from them myself. Really delighted and recommend this company for the quality.

  A little on the pricey side, but BloomThat has never failed me. I had a small delivery issue one time, but customer service was pleasant to deal with and resolved the issue immediately. Unlike 1-800-flowers or other services, which are always hit or miss for me, BloomThat's flowers have ALWAYS been fresh and vibrant. The arrangements are beautiful, and either come in a vase or wrapped adorably in burlap. The available bouquets change frequently online. I'm impressed every time, whether I'm the one receiving or sending the flowers.
  
  Convenient. Consistently gorgeous arrangements. Trustworthy. What more can you ask for?
