Lanette Cousineau, the owner, and director of Bleu Soiree has spent many years working in event planning for non-profits and as a venue coordinator at a major Atlanta venue. In her role as venue coordinator, Lanette gained a great deal of experience and developed her skills to work events from every angle. She managed venue staff, bartenders, and caterers; ensured event set-up and tear down was done correctly; and kept events running precisely on time all while troubleshooting any problem from missing rings to delayed trollies, that arose.
Ten years of wedding and event planning has enabled Bleu Soiree to hone our expertise and refine the boutique planning experience to provide an incomparable service that incorporates the client's specific desires with the creativity gained over years in the wedding industry. Lanette and her team absolutely MADE our wedding day. Not sure what we would have done without Blue Soiree. Lanette went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Lanette is TOP NOTCH!! Words don't do her justice. She is the best. She literally made my wedding. Without her, the day wouldn't have stood a chace. And I can truly say that it was the best day of my life, in large part due to her work and her staff and all that they did to make the day run as smoothly and as organized as possible. Lanette is OUTSTANDING. There really are no words to describe the level of service that Lanette provides. She goes above and beyond to make your day INCREDIBLE. She told me all I had to do was show up and that is exactly what happened. My husband Charles said that Lanette was Outstanding as well . I just cannot say enough about Lanette. If you do not hire her as the wedding coordinator for your wedding as the movie Devil Wears Prada said , you are making an incredible mistake. She is worth every dollar and more of her fee. Simply Elegant and Outstanding from start to finish .

I hired Lanette from Bleu Soiree to be the day of coordinator for my daughter's recent wedding. She was always very professional, approachable, responsive and available. Almost nothing went according to plan, (can you say rain!), but everything was perfect! I was able to totally enjoy my daughter's big day and did not have to worry about anything. Lanette also did the flowers for the wedding. The bride's and bridesmaid's bouquets were beautiful and coordinated well with their attire. The table flowers went perfectly with our shabby chic theme. Lanette and her crew brought our ideas and decor to life and made everything look beautiful. Hiring Lanette and Bleu Soiree was the best decision we made!

I used Lanette/Bleu Soiree for Day-of-Coordination services, and would recommend her to anyone. She went above and beyond the week of the wedding to help me with last-minute decoration details and was always available for any last-minute questions/advice. At the wedding, she was crucial in ensuring the day flowed smoothly and taking care of any troubleshooting, acting in a firm yet calm and extremely professional way. She was extremely helpful also, in follow-up after the event, and picked up many things guests had left behind at the church and the reception venue. You will not find a better value than Lanette; she cost MUCH less than many other vendors on this site quoted me and yet did an amazing job. I can't imagine anyone doing better job, in fact, for what we needed. Thanks, Lanette!
