  Based on past yelp reviews, I hired Blessings to cater a Southern style feast for 100 people for our company picnic this past weekend (June, 2017). Tashika (Monique) hit it out of the park. Not only was she easy to work with but served THE BEST food we have had....to bring fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, cole slaw, watermelon, cornbread muffins, and peach cobbler to a park and have it all at the right temperature and tasty is just incredible. Not only was the food delicious, but Monique and her team were prompt, gracious servers, and cleaned up everything efficiently. I can only hope to use Blessings for other events that I will be involved in.

  Tashika was amazing! We had her cater our wedding on May 27th. She worked with us with the budget that we had to make it affordable for our special day. Everyone loved the food it was flavorful very tasty. Even one of my bridesmaid said that she wanted her recipe for her baked chicken. Her baked mac and cheese was on point and so were her green beans delicious! Thank you for coming through and making this day even better than I imagined.

  Amazing food!!!! And the people who brought it were so kind and flexible.
  
  Everything was very tasty: the fried chicken made me wish I'd left room for more; the green beans were tastier than green beans really have a right to be; and the dirty rice was delicious.
  
  I usually find catered food on this side to be mediocre, but I would visit a restaurant to eat this meal again.
