    I called to speak with the office manager about a business issue (I am a patient). ... I was pleasantly surprised to hear a happy, pleasant, energetic gentleman named Desmond pick up and call me by name. He was kind, receptive and went out of his way to assist me. It felt like a ray of sunshine. The young lady who answered the call was also pleasant. What a difference! I received excellent customer service and for the first time I was not on pins and needles. I'm elated that they cared enough to make the necessary changes to make my experience a positive one. I'm also happy with the new services they offer and the new direction this office has taken. Looking forward to my visits now! Thank you!

    I'd seen Dr. Blackburn for a few years, and he was nice. He retired and his daughter now owns the office. The results from my first visit were AMAZING! Very pleased with the skin regimen that she prescribed. Best results that I've ever had!

    The practice manager with the extra mile to get my preauthorization approved and it meant a lot. The care they give is phenomenal, to voice a concern and have it corrected swiftly sealed the deal for me. I will only go here from now on. Oh and after two months I'm noticing a huge difference on my skin!

    This office is very nice, & professional. I was a new patient & they made sure I was sought after &, made me aware of what my payment would be before sending for me. I was very pleased with how I was treated!!! I would definately recommend this office!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE
