I am ashamed to say I hadn't been to the dentist in years and years and years. The dentist is my greatest fear in life and I finally faced my fear and went today.

Elaine was my hygienist and I told her of my fear before I even sat in the chair. She immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease (which I was not expecting to feel at all). She told me what she was doing every step of the way, and she was incredibly skillful and gentle. …
He was gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I am so relieved and happy to say that I no longer have a great fear of the dentist!

This staff is outstanding at taking care of their patients! Maya, Diana and Doc Plisky were patient and open to helping us. My husband needed teeth pulled and BAAM, we got him in and they did not try to persuade him to change his mind and get a root canal like all the other Dentist. Diana helped us solve our dilemma with our insurance and was kind while making sure to do her job efficiently. Maya made sure to be sincere in the comfort of my husband while the Doctor YANKED out his teeth. He was pain free the next day and went to work! THANKS BILTMORE DENTAL GROUP YOU ALL ARE AWESOME!

I have been going to Biltmore Dental Group for many years, and will continue as long as I am around. Elaine is the best hygienist I have ever been to. She is thorough yet gentle. Same with Dr. Plisky. I have had a lot of work done over the years and it has all been excellent. Np pain before or after the work was complete. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Biltmore Dental Group. They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

From appointment setting, appointment reminders, quality of dental cleanings, service, communication, billing, everything; a 5 star! Such a great team, friendly staff. I've been here twice now, I've not had to sit in the waiting room for more then 3 minutes...text or email appointment confirmations/changes, these guys have every aspect figured out.

I've been to Biltmore Dental Group three times now, since first starting with them last year. The first was for a cleaning, after having not had one in over 3 years (I previously lived out of state). They were very thorough, patient, and gentle. I had a couple cavities, which they filled a couple weeks later. Then I've done another cleaning 6 months later. It's nice to have found my go-to dentist for Phoenix, and be on a regular cleaning schedule again. Their office is in a great location and has a comfortable, clean look and feel to it. The equipment seems to be very up-to-date and the appointments have always been very smooth. The staff is friendly, and I've left satisfied each time. I would recommend them if you're looking for a good dentist in the area.
