  Have purchased 3 bikes there. Always willing to help with any issues or maintenance/repairs. Have been known to stay late to get things taken care of even for first time customers. They don’t seem to be in it to sel you the most expensive bike, but to get you into something you’re going to enjoy and be comfortable with the price tag!

  I brought my Cannondale Bad Boy Ultra to Dave at Bike Zone for a much needed tune up. He detected several issues with the bike and made recommendations to address those issues. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and sought out the most cost effective solutions to my benefit. I am thrilled with how my bike performs now. If you want it done right the first time and expertise and experience are valuable to you, take your kit to Bike Zone. The service is outstanding, the staff helpful and the prices excellent. KCS

  I brought in the damaged front wheel off my Specialized 29er to see if they had something comparable that I could buy as a replacement. Dave was extremely helpful in helping me pick out something that wasn't just the cheapest option or the most expensive - but the BEST option for what I needed. He even swapped my brake disc, tube & tire over to my new wheel so it was ready to go right when I picked it up - free of charge! ...

  Great guys at this place! Quality, knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth. Genuinely good people and great service. Small town feel on busy west ridge road. Had a problem with the bottom crank on my Columbia hybrid and at first they tried to help me DO but when the threads were stripped and the spindle was cross threaded they took it right away and fixed it better than new for a ridiculous low price! I even felt bad paying so little so I tipped the dude. Highly recommend this place!

  Huge kudos to Team Bike Zone! I had some unexpected damage to my bike and received kind, swift and excellent service!! They made an excellent repair in fantastic turnaround time so I could get back on my bike ASAP!! I've been a customer for several years and am so appreciative of this business!
