  I am not a bike rider, however I am a runner with a Bob stroller and know nothing about tire maintenance or needs. It is thorn season in Colorado and my husband and I have changed 6 inner-tubes in 8 weeks. Frustrated with Bob stroller tire quality I went to BikeSource for help.   Excellent customer service! They were helpful and friendly and got my bicycle fixed and with new pedals installed in just a few minutes. They're also huge with a good selection of a lot of products.

  Adam does an excellent job with fittings. He is very thorough and has great attention to detail. I highly recommend getting a fitting done with him. I don't have any experience with the service department yet. The store has a ton of inventory and the people working there have always been friendly. I plan to keep coming here.
