  When Cervelo told me there was nothing that they could do to help with a derailleur hanger (other than to turn my bike into a fixed gear bike),,,, Derek at Bike Right was capable of manufacturing a new hanger that worked incredibly well -proven stronger than the original. And with full confidence in my bike, the repair and the newly manufactured hanger, I completed my first Ironman shortly after with full confidence in my born-again bike.

  Excellent, detail oriented service. Every service I have had included a full strip down and inspection of my bike. I was informed of what I need to have done and what can wait but will need to be done soon. they are also a very charitable business donating time to various charity ride.

  Recently had my Cervelo S3 into Derek. The service was amazing!! He is professional, knowledgeable and meticulous with his work.
