Friendly staff, good prices. Bikes are just great, with the help of the gear i could climb the higher parts of the Central Park as well. The owner knew my city and this impressed me but everbody was nice and helpful. We got a card with discounts and gave it to our friends who visit NY now so hopefully they will also enjoy the ride as much as we did :) 2 hours at least
