  I have to recommend Bike Dr for not only their fittings, but every customer service item they provide. I have had 4 fittings, 2 for me (CX and Endurance bike) as well as our mountain bikes for the kids. The fitter is informative of what he is measuring, why it is important, and what is the latest trends in the market. The owner sells items at very reasonable prices compared to other stores around and the whole group loves to teach. They seem to be abreast of every aspect in their field and always ensure the customer leaves their store with a smile.

  Excellent service and very helpful and friendly staff. I get my wheelchair tires installed here, they retrieve them from my car, 15mins later I'm out the door. No hassle of doing it myself.

  I had a great experience here. I dropped off my bike on Sunday for a major tune up, new rear shift cable, brake pads, and brake cables. They also helped me pick out a new headlight, odometer, and blinking rear reflector after discussing my needs. They told me that it would be ready on Wednesday, but they called me Tuesday to let me know my bike was done.
  
  They also offer a military discount on all parts.
  
  I'm very happy with their service and will continue to use them to service my bike.

  Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fair pricing, though be warned no cheap bikes here, only quality (remember you get what you pay for). You also get life time gear and brake adjustment and half off tune ups. Highly recommended.

  We have all good things to say about the Bike Doctor location in Bel Air, Maryland. Up front Fred and Dan (the owner) are always helpful and will answer all of your questions. In the workshop in the back of the store Andrew is an incredible bike mechanic and will also answer your questions and help you while you are there. We have bought five bikes for our family from them and have recommended others to go there as well. They also offer clinics to help you learn about caring for your bike and groups rides for anyone that wants to get out and ride with a group.
