Bicycles International in Venice, FL, is a serious shop with a laid back attitude. This shop brings out the confidence in even the most inexperienced, or injured, riders. A top notch service team is constantly improving to keep up with modern tech while recommending options that the customer can understand and appreciate without breaking the bank. Professionally certified mechanics and salespeople are knowledgeable and thorough without being pretentious or overbearing. With lots of mechanics on staff there is almost always time for a walk-in flat repair or spoke replacement to keep riders on their bikes with same day, sometimes same hour, repairs. Everything about this shop strives to accommodate a full spectrum of riders from the beginners to the most avid enthusiast.

HONEST. FUN. INVITING ENVIRONMENT. OUTGOING STAFF. GREAT RIDES . FAST TURN AROUND ON REPAIRS. WENT IN FOR ADVICE ON A BIKE 2 YEARS AGO AND I'M STILL RIDING WITH THEM EVERY WEEK. MULTIPLE GROUP RIDES THROUGHOUT THE WEEK FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS. VERY INVOLVED WITH THE COMMUNITY. RECENT 3RD ANNUAL GLOW RIDE FOR CHRISTMAS TIME THAT BROUGHT OVER THREE HUNDRED RIDERS AND THEY DONATED THE PROCEEDS TO LOCAL SCHOOLS. THEY ARE THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM FROM BREAKING DOWN IN THE WOODS TO BREAKING DOWN ON THE ROAD, WHERE EVER YOU ARE. ALWAYS BRINGING AWARENESS ABOUT SAFETY, HAND SIGNALS AND ROAD CALLS. ITS MORE LIKE FAMILY THEN BUSINESS.

The folks are first and foremost there to serve the customer in any way they can; great impression and feeling. They are understanding, personable, real and just good people. Customer service rep. Bella is always on duty and is the best greeter too; big points. They do several shop rides, both on and off-road, and are very welcoming and encouraging. Quality product, plenty of selection and options, great service. HIghly recommend to anyone looking to get to know bikes as well as those well into the community.

Absolutely amazing service! I'm incredibly attached to my bike and LOVE it. Finally it started showing some wear. I know nothing about bikes, so had no clue what I was in for. Walked in, told them the issues, he knew exactly what I needed, told me the price (which was WAAAY less than I thought I'd have to pay) and did it all in about 5 hours. Glad to have a good bike store I can depend on! :)
