Good prices and knowledgeable employees. The fitters are very good also. They tell you to try out your bicycle and return if you need any adjustments.

Chad and the rest of the bearded team were awesome today. They have a great attitude even when they get beat up because people wait till the last minute to get their bikes fixed and it's Chads fault that it will take a week. We'll get over it and don't take the fact you waited to long and have to wait.

This is the best bike shop that I've been to in town! Some of the other bike shops are snobby and won't give you the time of day if you're not an elite bicyclist. Not Bicycle Village, they're awesome! Chad in the service department is so helpful and willing to give some basic tips on maintaining bikes. I'm glad to give them my business!

Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful today, spending time explaining different categories of bikes for different kinds of riding and all the latest technology. I can't see enough good things about him, and I would be happy to return to buy a bike when I'm ready. I can't say enough good things about my experience and would recommend to anyone. Large, well-stocked store. Go visit!

Excellent experience. I am absolutely clueless in regards to biking. Went to every store in town. Actually, the other shops I went to in town were very helpful as well.

However, John was incredibly helpful, and didn't act put out or bothered when I asked him everything from how to get on the bike to how to shift and everything in between.
Not only that. But, after I bought my bike, a small Raleigh that I showed a the slightest bit of concern that it was too small, john called me the next day. Even though the small fit fine, john called and said he was getting a medium in the next day, and if I wanted to come in to see if that fit better, I could do that. I did, exchanged for the medium for a little piece of mind. That too me is above and beyond. They already had my money (bought a bike for my fiancé as well), and he could have just let lie. However, John sensed that I may feel more comfortable with the medium.
I'll be a customer here for as long as I live in the springs.
