  I brought my kiddo's bike in five minutes before closing time and the staff graciously put air in the tires, raised the seat and attached a bottle cage. They were super friendly and helpful! Great bike shop!!!

  Nice shop! Great service! My daughter and I came to buy a bell and a basket for her cruiser. Staff was so friendly and helpful and put our accessories on for no charge. Both the man behind the counter and the guy who put it together were so nice. Definitely coming back. :)

  I'm so thankful for y'all! I came in about an hour before you closed on Labor Day and the guys were able to true my rear rim on my old Marin. Even took off the stupid reflectors, too! Yay! Thank y'all so much! Got me back on the trails just in time for some last minute fun!

  I'm so glad they opened up shop in Bee Cave! I don't have to go to Austin anymore. Great customer service right from the get go. Good vibes all around. I was greeted right away. I'm sick and tired of going into bike shops and no one acknowledges you're even there or employees too busy bro-ing out with other co-workers to help you out. This place is different. I came in the other day and was looking for a mountain bike, I've been riding the same commuter bike for years. It was time for something new. I didn't really know what I wanted, but the lady who helped me (Gosh, I forgot her name?) was so sweet and explained all the different bikes to me. She definitely knew her stuff. Most important, you can tell that she really cared about getting you on the right bike instead of making a sale. Even though I wasn't ready to buy that day, they've definitely earned my trust and look forward to buying my first mountain bike from them, and my second commuter bike for sure. I'll try to update this review after those purchases and see how that goes. But so far so good.
