  Visited a few times for gear and to check out a saddle (which they let me test ride a demo for a ~2 weeks).
  Very friendly, easy going, and informed staff. As a novice rider, the team addressed my questions, shared with me new things to think about to inform my selection, and never pressured / 'up-selled' during the process.

  Bicycle Revolutions has great people, great bikes, great accessories and great service. They're the best bike shop in the region.

  I've been going to Bicycle Revolutions and only Bicycle Revolutions since I moved to Philly 6 years ago. I will never go anywhere else. Their staff is excellent, their prices are fair, and they always look to offer honest feedback first and foremost. After my most recent purchase, I decided to bring my new bike in and see if I needed a tune up. The staff gave it a quick lookover, offered some advice, and told me I should save my money and come in later. Wow! Rather than take advantage of someone who doesn't know much about bikes and make an easy sale, they instead took a half an hour to chat with me about bike safety and care. I cannot recommend this place enough.

  Great neighborhood shop filled with a staff that is having a good time and is passionate about bikes.

  A wonderful bike shop that is humble and extremely knowledgeable!
  At NO point did I feel patronized, pressured, or treated differently, as is possible as per reputations of bike shops in general. Diverse selection. Can't speak to the prices, but they seemed fine.
  Jake helped me the several times I visited the shop and even recognized me with a smile. That's real service!
  
  Haven't actually bought a bike and may not from here, which I actually feel badly about because this is the kinda place where you feel deserves your dollars!! But would definitely like to come here in the future for services or accessories.
  
  Highly recommend this store.
