The team worked to give my bike a full overhaul over the winter and had it done in time for me to ride some snowy trails. Great service.

They cater to every type of bike rider from kid to cruiser to racer and treat them truly equally. Everyone gets a warm and genuine welcome and is talked to at their level of knowledge. Broken race gear can be turned around in no time whilst the quality of all service work is the highest. Great staff, great locations; the best in town.

Being a heavy rider, I came in to BGI knowing up front that I would be somewhat of a project. I had never shopped at a local bike store and did not know what to expect. I was overwhelmed with all of the options and asked for help. I felt somewhat dismissed when asking for some options for bikes with a higher weight capacity. However, once the good people at BGI found out that I was looking for a little extra information that what I was provided, that is when the service start...
