  I went in to the boutique the very first time and I found the dress of my dreams off the rack which was also on sale. Mine was the last appointment of the day but the consultant was super awesome and helped me with trying on different stuff. I really like the huge selections they have. I would totally recommend this place for the brides around Baltimore area.

  Betsy Robinson's bridal was amazing! The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful; they gave me a discount on my wedding dress dress even though I was not able to go to the store on the designated date. I was matched with a consultant, Ashley Gray, and she met with me numerous times until we found the perfect dress for me! She was very patient and attentive, even as I changed my mind multiple times. She continued to bring me dresses within my price range and that were according to my personal preferences. ... I cannot recommend a better consultant.

  I had a great experience with Betsy Robinson bridal. I went to a lot of different bridal stores and found the most unique, fitting-for-my-location dress. The price was reasonable compared to others, but the service is what made the experience positive. I had a fit and flare dress, which was challenging for my body type. At first I regretted buying my dress because I didn't think they'd be able tailor it well enough to truly fit my body where it wasn't too tight or too loose anywhere. They did such an amazing job, and that included last-minute alterations (they were really flexible)! My dress was great and I couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out.

  I can't say enough about the truly incredible customer service at Besty! I wasn't overly excited about the dress shopping process but Ashley D. made it not only fun, but easy! She's got an eye for what works with your body shape and genuinely seems to love helping you find "the one".

  We visited Betsy Robinson Bridal today to shop for bridal party dresses for my BFFs upcoming wedding. Our consultant, Kelsey, was awesome. So pleasant and accommodating. She found us lots of sizes to try on, we are a bridal party of real bodies not sample sizes, so everyone had plenty of options. We walked out today with a color and style chosen and five happy bridesmaids!! 10/10 would recommend, ask for Kelsey if you can. Betsy herself even stopped in to our group and said hello. Gorgeous space on the second floor. Make this your first and probably last stop!
