  These people are all so amazing. Their affordable pricing is only surpassed by their loving approach to animal care and rescue. My Otis loves them!

  Staff is friendly, knowledgable and very competent over the phone. During each visit, communication with both vet and vet tech has been beyond stellar. What I value most is that everyone in office delivers facts while keeping compassion at the front line. Costs are budget friendly. This is the preferred vet facility of several animal rescues throughout the valley so that should tell you a lot!

  I've been going here for nearly 3 years now, the place is affordable and staff are generally sincere and courteous. Usually a quick in/out. I recently asked to have my dogs nails trimmed, and rather than doing so and charging me the staff told me it wasnt necessary as they were already a bit short and sent me on my way. I'll continue to drive nearly 10 miles to continue going here.

  We have always had a great experience at Bethany Animal Hospital- including our latest addition- a medical foster who we adopted. On her first visit the Vet Tech was kind and patient as Pauline came out of her shell. Dr. Andre and other Veterinarians are great diagnosticians and are very practical in recommending treatment-considering efficacy, cost and tolerance of the individual animal. We're glad we found this clinic!

  I really like the customer service here, I'm disappointed by some of the lower rated reviews. Dr B is the vet I'm used to, his bedside manner is awesome, he's never rushed me out the door and answers all my questions. The only downsides (for me) is 1) small front parking lot , 2) small waiting rooms, 3) narrow hallway and 4) small exam rooms. Of course then again it could be that I should lose some weight. There is a larger parking lot in the back, but I have never used it. The only way to get to the parking lot off Bethany Home is to be heading west bound. I highly recommend this animal hospital for your fur babies.
