I recently had my first craniosacral therapy session. And now I'm hooked! Not only was the treatment itself so incredibly relaxing, but that night I slept better and more sound than I have in months. In the days following my treatment, I had so much energy. My mind was also more clear and focused which made my work day much more productive and took my workout to another level! Call Christy and try a session...you will not regret it!

After trying traditional PT at another clinic for my injured piriformis, I still experienced pain when running. Christy performed craniosacral techniques, and I was significantly better after just a couple sessions. She gave me stretches and exercises to work on at home and now I am back to pain-free running! She is professional and a highly talented therapist who I recommend to anyone wanting to get back to your active lifestyle!

Christy was recommended to me after hurting my lower back skiing. Having never done any sort of body work, I didn't know what to expect was desperate for some pain relief. I spent an hour with Christy as she did adjustments and explained to me what she was doing and why I was having pain. She have me follow up exercises and suggestions, and the best part... I felt relief immediately! She messaged me shortly after to see how I was doing. Overall, wonderful experience, very professional, I'm adding body work into my routine!

Christy provides an excellent service and explanations for her work. I wasn't sure what mayo facia was and she explained it and help fix my bicep injury. I know her pt knowledge goes beyond just the treatments I used and can benefit I many ways.
