I cannot say enough great things about Bay State I.T. Recently, the hard drive on my work computer crashed and if it wasn't for Sean Sanker and his previous recommendation to back up all my data on CrashPlan, I would have lost a ton of highly valuable information. Turnaround: Super quick - got it done in just a day.
Service: Super friendly guys. My main contact, Sean was on top of everything and great to work with. Super easy process.
Their Work: They did a great job, computer works like brand new.

Sean at Bay State IT has bailed me out numerous times. Our family has a business with 20 or so computers, mix of Mac and PC and a server, all different ages. Sean and his team keep us up and running so we can focus on what we do well. We know have a great back up plan and even back up offsite to our house. I run a sign company and as much as I know about my computer program I don't know everything about computers them selves. I have used Bay State IT for about 5 years for everything from File back-up and retrieval to updates and new computer set-ups. He has a crew of knowledgable guys that have been able to fix and or assist in keeping my business running. It seems that things in the computer field change so quickly that a call to Bay State IT is needed to keep me up to date.
