  This guy is a rare find. Personable, punctual, flexible beyond what is normally found in today's service industry and extremely affordable. I actually told him that I did not feel he was charging enough and gave him a little extra. He said he'd meet us anywhere we needed and was able/willing to quote me an exact price over the phone. It ended up that he drove out to meet us at 730pm in Glendale, AZ. Everything went smooth and he was very professional. I have already referred some of my colleagues and friends to him and will continue to do so in the future! Thank you Mr. Bauer. You're awesome!

  HE ANSWERED HIS PHONE, IT WAS GREAT NO VOICE MESSAGING! We were in need of multiple items requiring a notary this evening. Richard was more than willing to meet us at whatever location we chose. He arrived punctually at our meeting spot of choice. It was after the sun had set; even coming prepared with a headlamp, as we were outside. He was thorough in letting my MIL and my husband know where the forms needed to be completed prior to his notarizing. Richard was very easy to talk with and knowledgeable. We made a great choice in choosing him for our notary services. Thanks again, Richard!

  I usually don't give out reviews but Mr. Bauer was a godsend! My husband forgot to notarized some applications he needed for the very next day and Mr. Bauer saved us by answering our call after calling so many "24-hour" notary places. Thank you so much, sir!

  I reached out to Richard Bauer as someone out-of-state needing to give him power of attorney to complete some vehicle registration work at ADOT. The job was much trickier than we'd planned, and took more time than expected, and he was persistent and highly communicative, and cheerful through the whole thing. Great experience all around. I highly recommend.

  I have to say, it will be hard to find another Public Notary like Mr. Bauer. He's the best in every way. I have 2 Quitclaims for him to notarize. He travel about 15 miles one way on Sunday afternoon to meet me. and he only charge me $20.
  this is the 2nd time that I use him, I'll never use anyone else.
