As much as we love getting Basin Sports customers into the perfect gear for them, there is one thing we love just as much, if not more. You guessed it, skiing, riding, and just plain enjoying the mountains. You can rest assured that all of us at Basin Sports are taking every opportunity to get out and enjoy all that Killington has to offer. In the winter we ski daily and we are constantly testing new gear, sampling the conditions, and sniffing out powder stashes. Feel free to ask us any questions that you may have, we love to talk about skiing, snowboarding, cycling, hiking and even snowshoeing.

I don’t let many people work on skis, in fact it’s usually me & one other I trust, but the staff here is AMAZING, I always know my skis are going to be tuned perfectly & of course the shopping is top line with great deals. Basin has never disappointed this skiergirl, I recommend it often�

I looked around for a Black Diamond First Light Hoodie and found it at Basin Sports and was a great buy. It had free shipping also. The only problem is the shipping. It was sent out 9/28/17 but still hasn't arrived 10/14/17. The problem is with UPS and not Basin Sports. I was in contact with Ariel Kent of Basin Sports who was great and understood how frustrating it can be to track UPS and see the product is going all over the map. She was even kind enough to offer a new season BD first light but I told her I could be patient. Thanks a lot Basin Sports and I'm sure I'll continue to shop here for great gear and prices. Looking forward to receiving my jacket by 10/18/17, three weeks later! Owe well I guess it's never too late to have some patience!

Just received a Phenix Hardanger jacket from Basin Sports. Delivery was bit convoluted as it came via the Australia Post transhipment centre but it arrived in perfect condition and exactly as advertised. Pricing was very competitive even with extra shipping to Oz. Can't wait to use it in Japan in February!

I live in NY and ride Killington MTB Park frequently. I stopped by this shop one day to pick up a part for my bike and immediately felt at home when I walked in the door. Everyone I talked with was friendly, and helpful, and went out of their way to help me. When it was time for a new bike I ended up buying from them instead of my local bike shop. The great customer service I got, and the great closeout price was worth it! There is a Santa Cruz Dealer 15 minutes from me, but I will drive the 1 hour 45 minutes to give the business to this shop! Thanks for the great deal on my 5010!
