Outstanding customer service. I had a problem with one of my mechanical valves that caused a clog and a burst pipe. Barefoot fixed the burst pipe, but neither of realized the cause was a bad valve. The burst burst again. We figured out the valve problem and Barefoot fixed the burst pipe again for free. Then they gave me a quote to redo my filter and heater plumbing, which is apparently not standard. The price on the quote was very reasonable and we will have them complete this work in the fall. I would highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service. Chris Kracht.

If there were 6 stars I would rate this company higher! I had a complete pool (and it was a disaster) redone. From start to finish Barefoot Pools was top notch. Fast, courteous, excellent prices, exemplary craftsmanship, outstanding consideration and communication. ... The workmen were so quiet I hardly heard them and their clean-up was immaculate! I have to stop now because I have run out of superlatives but if you ever have need of pool service & repair, don't waste your time, just call Barefoot Pools!

Simply OUTSTANDING! We interviewed multiple pool companies to remodel our pool. I can tell you that Barefoot Pools was the best choice…period. We worked with the General Manager, Chad, who walked us through the entire process. We met and worked with the Owner, Jose, and he provided us a timeline and he personally came to the job site to ensure the job was perfect. They were on-time, on budget, super careful and clean. I have done business with numerous companies and Barefoot was awesome. Incredible communication, tons of integrity, super nice and honest. Clearly, one of the best companies I have every worked with.

Incredibly hard workers! These guys have been taking care of our pool for quite some time now, and always do a great job, now as we are getting our pool redone they are always prompt, hardworking, clean and respectful. Great company!
