  Marty did a very thorough job of checking all parts of the home. He saw details like faucets that didn't work and windows that lacked locks, as well as a major fire hazard buried in the attic. He got up on both sides of the roof to look at the tiles up close (none of that binocular stuff). His rates are great, he patiently answers all your questions, and he's really pleasant to work with.

  Recently my wife and I have been looking for a home to buy and have learned in the process of looking there is a lot to consider and do before actually buying the property. One such thing is a home inspection which once I found out what it was I wasn't to thrilled. ... He explained everything thoroughly and provided me with several options for how to deal with each item on the report. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him in the future for other projects.

  I contacted Marty to perform a home inspection and radon test. I would highly recommend him to anyone! He arrived promptly, gave a quick rundown of his procedure, and got right to work. All the while, he was more than willing to share his vast knowledge with me during the inspection.
