  We came to Ballroom Dance Chicago before our wedding to prep for our first dance. Everyone at this company was warm, welcoming, and SO helpful. We really enjoyed working with Matthew. He made us very comfortable and even was able to teach my husband how to dance (which is no small feat). We had so much fun in each class, and truly felt confident dancing in front of all of our guests at our wedding. We mostly went to the West Loop location which was very nice and super convenient. I cannot speak highly enough of Matthew and Ballroom dance Chicago. We recommend them to all of our friends who are getting married!!

  We took 5 classes from Lydia leading up to our wedding, and she was fantastic! I had never danced before, and was very rough starting out. Lydia was a professional and fun teacher - I relaxed very quickly and was learning a lot from the Go. I highly recommend private lessons here, with Lydia in particular; they made a huge difference to our reception!

  We worked with Lydia on our first dance for our wedding and could not be more impressed!! Lydia (and everyone at BDC) made dancing each week so much fun and the final product was absolutely perfect! I cannot recommend BDC enough!!

  This place is AMAZING! I had a really great time during my lessons. The instructors were super approachable and friendly. They communicated extremely well and made you feel at ease... even if your rhythmic abilities (like mine) were limited. ;) I walked out of there able to do some really fun partner spins and salsa moves. And I have to comment on how beautiful the space is! Really loved taking lessons here. I would go back in a heartbeat!

  Super cordial staff in a beautiful loft space-- the whole place has an air of classy fun. The teachers are very friendly and not the least bit intimidating. I definitely recommend!
