  I called the office yesterday and spoke with the nurse. She recommended that I bring my little one in. I was able to get a same day appointment and the doctor spent a lot of time with us. He even consulted with our regular pediatrician regarding our little one. Today, a Saturday, the doctor called us to check on our little one. I have never had that. I was so surprised and appreciative with how much they care. The doctors have been wonderful at Ballard Pediatrics. Thank you all for taking care of our little one.

  I had come here wanting to see Dr. Allen. However, he wasn't accepting new patients. Instead, I went with Dr. Hall, and I will have to say, after a few visits, I think it was meant to be.
  
  I met with Dr. Hall prior to moving ahead with him as our pediatrician. His southern accent and charm instantly won me over. He also happens to be a close friend of Dr. Allen, which made him the obvious choice.
  
  Dr. Hall is very patient, explains things well, and never negative. What he says makes sense and is never condescending, unlike some of the books and Internet "advice" I read.
  
  All of the staff have been nice and helpful. The only thing I really dislike about the place is the sardine can of a parking lot they have.

  I've taken my children to two different doctors here, and they were both great. The wait time for appointments isn't long and they offer a nurse phone line which is great

  Nothing but great things to say about all the staff, doctors and nurses here! Both our kids have been coming to see Dr. Allen for the past 3-1/2 years and are always treated so well.
  
  Morning drop-ins are a huge plus.

  This is for Dr. Hall. He is kind, kid-friendly, calm, knowledgeable and an over all great Dr. Both my boys see him and we couldn't be happier! We've come to the first come first serve appts in the am for urgent issues and didn't care too much for the other Doctors but had the health problems resolved so either way I would recommend this place!
