Ballard Lock and Key is the best! We had an emergency situation where my mom was locked out late Sunday evening and Bob, at Ballard Lock & Key, drove across town to assist. Knowing the day and time of our request, it was difficult to get a hold of many locksmiths but as advertised, Ballard Lock and Key was available and very accommodating. Bob really saved the day and truly saved me from a great deal of worry and stress for the rest of my evening. Bob not only went above and beyond, he was incredibly quick and helpful in getting my mom into her unit. I definitely know who l'll call and recommend for any and all future locksmith needs!

GREAT customer service! They did a house call for us on the weekend, rekeyed 7 locks on our new home quickly and efficiently and also keyed a few padlocks to our desired key for us! Ballard Lock and Key was fantastic and I will certainly use them again for any rekeying/lockout jobs. I strongly recommend.

THIS GUY IS THE BEES KNEES!! He was out to dinner at a restaurant, which I didn't know until later, and dropped everything to come help me out. If you need a locksmith, call him!!! And he's super down to earth awesome guy! Thanks again brotha. We appreciate you more than you could ever know!

Locked myself out at 10pm on a rainy Friday- Saint Patrick's Day nonetheless. AND 8% battery on my phone. Bob was there 15min after I called and was super kind & courteous. Great customer service & I 100% recommend. Thanks again!!

I can't write enough stars for this company. If only all business provided this high quality of service and had so much integrity. Bob came in 15 minutes and opened up the door in 5 minutes. As if that weren't enough he fixed the deadbolt that had been giving us problems and made an extra key all without charging extra. I can't recommend this company Ballard Lock & Key.
