  My wife needed some flowers to make her day better. She's never gotten flowers from me delivered to her workplace, but Ballard Blossom came through and delivered a Lily bouquet to her precisely at the time she was free between clients. She was surprised and a bit shocked I'm sure, but the flowers worked to make the disappointment in her life become less so tragic. Thank you Ballard Blossom for a job well done.

  My husband sent me anniversary flowers from another florist and, well, let's just say that they were not as expected. When I told him that I thought that the other florist had (grossly) overcharged him based upon what was received, he decided to send a replacement assortment from Ballard Blossom. Unlike the initial arrangement from (other florist) the Ballard Blossom arrangement was beautiful. I received it within a few hours of when his order was placed. This arrangement was much more in line with what my husband and I would expect from a quality florist.

  I had flowers sent to a friend and the entire experience at Ballard Blossom was great! The person on the phone was patient, attentive, and caring. My friend raved about the arrangement. The flowers were delivered just as promised, and the cost was about what you'd expect or even less. I'd absolutely use them again!

  I'm in Oklahoma. Family death in Seattle. I called Ballard's about rose sprays for the immediate female family members & single rose boutonnieres for the immediate family male members. The person who helped me on the phone was patient and willing to hear the description of exactly what I imagined would work best: I asked for black tape wrapping of the stems and narrow black ribbon streamers. The flowers arrived at the Seattle residence the day before I arrived; each was exactly as I had pictured in my mind. They were perfect in every detail, reasonably priced, and Ballard's staff working with me over the phone were kind and attentive even though the total price for 3 men's and 3 women's was a mere $121.00 including the delivery fee. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT BALLARDS FOR MAKING A SOMBER DAY BRIGHTER WITH YOUR TALENTS!

  I was on the website at 11 a.m. to order some flowers and received a delivery confirmation at 1:02 p.m. Two hours from order to delivery -- that is amazing service. My aunt was thrilled and I can't thank you enough for your fantastic service. You came highly recommended and I can see why.
